~~Deposit tab in the house needs to allow deposits, track deposit history and escrow balance~~
~~History tab needs to track payments made~~

upkeep/deposits should be handled by OP_PlayerHouseDisplayStatusMsg

housing vault split into issue #139

status support on character/housing will be done in issue #138
