#19 On /camp of client intermittently causes WorldServer to lose connection to LoginServer

Seems there might be some sort of hangup / issue when a client tries to disconnect. Repeated OutOfSession packets are sent to world from client and it seems subsequently sometimes we lose our connection to the login server.
