#29 Character Deleted Stays in list (Display Bug Only)

When a character is deleted it should be removed from the character list right after the character name is typed in.

It does this after a new login/or a login -> logout. Does the list need refresh after deleted?

LS needs to send char list after character delete to remove 'recoverable' char option...
