yikes... maybe default it for all with a lua override if possible? i can't imagine there are too many items that don't remove when all charges are consumed.

right now any return value >= 0 on "used" function triggers default behavior of removing the item/count.. those items that remove the item through the script though -- I think it is going to continue omitting, not sure if they send other messages.

items need to be removed when out of charge and give the message similar to below
we want this as the default for all items? Thing is some items auto remove on used, others don't, we have a mix of all sorts of behavior for this
