#382 'ground' mobs should be able to swim like creatures in the water, but not be restricted to water

right now the ground mobs just go straight for the ground floor in the ocean/water. Need them to have 'free' movement like other mobs water based.

House item placement updated to prevent sending move spawn packet too early, causing client to become the object/crash...
