Tradeskill abilities to not be sent with normal combat class abilities (spell book type check of 3 for SendNewSpells)
Tradeskill abilities limited to what class(es) the player has (class/sub-class). Right now we send all TS abilities to all players.
Tradeskill abilities/skills should be initially set when artisan and sub-class is set, and also considered when leveling (this would be applicable to the LUA SetTradeskillClass)
Tradeskill stations should restrict recipes

1. becoming a crafter quest in TD,(needs confirmed)
2. accepting the If I Had A Hammer quest
upon Accepting if i had a hammer you
a. become level 2 TS (silently, no level ding)
b. become an artisan
c. Tradeskill skills show up in your character sheet
d. you are finally able to scribe recipes
e. the Knowledge book Tradeskill is added and populated with tradeskill abilities

Tradeskill stations should restrict recipes , has been implemented for starting zones (needs work for house and summoned stations
not the sole assignee since tradeskills are obviously a big task, but on this since you got some work on this putting you as one @ememjr
