#48 Spell book sorting does not work

Results in Yellow text about knowledgewindow_sort.

/dusting this one off

Outstanding items:

• Support for fill styles (zig zag/down) -- default is across I think
• Max Level checkbox is not available yet
• Double sorting the same causes unnecessarily reordering
• Some abilities seem to have level data server side that doesn't match what the client sees, so higher levels sit above lvl 1 spells
