Removal of skills in DoF does not update the ui. The packet for DoF is accepted differently by the client than AoM -- which AoM does support add/removal of recipes (with current local changes).
This is just to track if possible to address the DoF "diff" packet for Skill Updates. It may not allow us to easily remove, the "clearing" of skills is done at character select, which is only accessible by initial login or /camp and re-login. There is no other function that seems to support "flushing" skills. Only the diff packet (to append/add).
