DoF needs support for housing packets, buy /house so on.

Visitor window
Outside House window (enter house, pay upkeep)
Deposit support / history
Purchase support / history
Place items
Pickup items
paying upkeep causes the window to close
inside house window (leave house, pay upkeep)

house vault will be handled with #139
