cannot replicate, tested with AoM using lockdown spell and it worked with spell timer (before end of spell) and by setting it at the remove function end of spell. Both worked.
DoF testing now has control effects working also they remove/add as expected.

RemoveControlEffect() is not removing control effects added by AddControlEffect() when placed in the remove function.
