#541 world_db.ini and DatabaseNew class needs port exposed

Port is hardcoded to 3306 for world server, world_db.ini port= is not honored for the "DatabaseNew" class.. it only supports the port field on the old Database class

I have added the ability to pass the port from the ini, but having difficulty confirming it. Seems mysql locally might be behaving differently in that it seems to auto find the port cause I changed my port to 3307 and it still connects both login/world.
